Instructional Lab Reservations

Instructors may reserve a lab by submitting a request using the new ACES ACF Scheduler. Acceptable use guidelines are located on the ACF Policy page. For information on the computers and A/V equipment in each of the four labs, please see the ACF Hardware page. A comprehensive software list shows which applications are installed on all machines in the ACF (every workstation is identical).

Hours of Operation

General hours of operation are available on the ACF Hours page. Special hours (e.g., holidays) are also listed on a per-smester basis.

View Schedules

You may view the current lab schedules by visiting the Calendars page. Paper copies are posted at the beginning of each week on the bulletin boards outside the ACF.

Before submitting your first request, please read about important changes between the new system and the old system.
